It’s autumn: Fungi & spiders are thriving!

There’s not many flowers around, but the underworld is blooming!

We’re still just clearing the block, but we’ll soon have some updated plans to share on the site – so this week I’m just going to share some pics from our trip up, all fungus and spiders.

These two buttons had a slightly pink-ish tinge which was hard to capture on the camera!

I almost missed seeing these two, even though they were at least three times the size of any of the others I’ve featured here .
These beauties were the first I saw…
And this spider was HUGE, so I didn’t want to get too close… you can’t see the beautiful blue-ish black on the photo, but hope what you can see doesn’t give you nightmares!
